Guitar lessons, hangouts, masterclasses, and all virtual events
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled meeting in order to receive a refund. You have the option to reschedule your lesson by doing so at least 48 hours before your current booking. If for any reason your booking is cancelled by by the host, Amar Alhoch, you will be refunded. Under most circumstances, refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund. Missed lessons or "no-shows" will not be refunded. A "no-show" for more than 15 minutes after an appointment start time may result in cancellation without refund. A full lesson cannot be guaranteed for a late show up.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a unique URL to the meeting via Google Meet. These sessions are intended for the attendee registered to the appointment. Under no circumstances may the attendee share any video or audio recording of the lesson by any means. Likewise, digital goods, including but not limited to videos, sheet music, and audio files, whether provided before, during, or after the session are not to be shared with anyone in any shape or form. By booking a lesson, hangout, masterclass or any virtual event, you agree to not distribute any of the previously mentioned content by any means.
Digital Downloads
The prices of all digital goods is subject to change at anytime with or without prior notice. Likewise, the content offered in all digital downloads is subject to being changed or discontinued with or without notice.
The sale of all digital downloads is final. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the compatibility of select products prior to purchase. By completing a transaction on any digital good, the customer is agreeing to not share or distribute the content in any shape or form. Be advised, all music and sheet music offered at www.amaralhoch.com is protected under copyright law.
